Non au quota de 1 bar en pêche loisir par la commission euro

Le 28 octobre 2014 la commission europénne a publié un projet de loi qui suggère un quota de 1 bar par jour et par personne en pêche de loisir.
Je m'oppose à ce projet pour les raisons suivantes concernant la chasse sous-marine :

- Ce projet ne tient pas compte du caractère sélectif de la chasse sous-marine qui permet un choix dans la taille de la capture comme dans le volume du prélèvement de manière raisonné.
- Ce projet ne tient pas compte des facteurs qui limitent de facto le prélèvement en chasse sous marine : conditions météo, courants, marrées, profondeur à atteindre en apnée pour effectuer un prélèvement, profondeurs inaccessibles en apnée, condition physique et niveau sportif de chacun.
- Ce projet ne tient pas compte de l'activité économique qui dépend de la chasse sous-marine et des emplois qui en découlent.

Toutefois, conscient de l'importance de protéger le renouvèlement des stocks de bars, je suis favorable à l'interdiction de pêcher le bar pendant la période de reproduction concernant la pêche professionnel et la pêche amateur, de même une taille minimale de capture doit être imposé aux pêcheurs professionnel comme elle l'est déjà pour la pêche loisir.

 

ENGLISH VERSION 

On October 28th, 2014 the European Commission published a government bill which suggests a quota of 1 sea bass per day and per person in fishing season of leisure.
I am against this government bill for the following reasons concerning  the spearfishing:

- This project does not take account of the selective character of the spearfishing  which allows a choice in the size of the capture as in the number of caught fishes, always in manner limited.

- This project does not take account of the factors which limit the number of caught fishes in an irremediable way for the spearfishing : weather conditions, currents, tides, depth to be reached in apnea to take a fish, inaccessible depths in apnea, physical condition and sporting level of each one.

- This project does not take account of economic activity which depends on spearfishing  and of employment which results from this

However, conscious of the importance to protect the renewal from stocks of sea bass, I am favorable to prohibition to fish the sea bass for the period of reproduction concerning the fishing season professional and the fishing season, in the same way a minimum size must be imposed to the fishermen professional as from the fishing season.
